Three Methods of aquiring orders

Currently the InvestWebCRM system supports two different methods of importing orders.

The orders interface allows for the direct input of orders from a single, easy to use screen in the InvestWebCRM application.

The API interface is a web exposed object that can be accessed using most computer languages that can access the internet, this allows for the extension of existing applications or the creation of custom web order forms.

The Order Imports applications provide file layouts that allow for the importing of orders using a comma sepperated file. This method is fast and easy!

Our order constraints systems will ensure that you bill only valid orders, with real information; by checking the customers address, phone numbers and credit card numbers against fraud lists, and postal databases.

We also reduce the overall customer cost by providing tools that allow for the customer fulfillment via E-mail thus eliminating high printing and postal fees. If you prefer to use the standard mail method, this is still an option.

Transaction Processing

Multilple Credit Card Gateways

The API and Orders Interface both support real time transaction processing against the credit card gateways.

Automated transaction processing insures that your customers are billed on time every time.

InvestWebCRM supports several Credit Card gateways including; Authorize.Net and Litle. Not only that, we have the ability to preauthorize incomming sales to ensure that they are valid before paying affiliates for them.

InvestWebCRM can help you enter the global market by supporting domestic as well as offshore merchant accounts.

InvestWebCRM provides third verification services and reports to insure that state and federal guidelines are upheld.

Customer Service

Automated and Personalized Customer Support

As a first level of response to your customers InvestWebCRM has the ability to provide professional (IVR) Interactive Voice Response Systems, these can be used to provide valuable information to your customers.

Also available as a plugin to the IVR is the self service customer service module, this module will identify the customer and notify them of the status of their account as well as provide a method where the customer can optioinally cancel their account or speak to a customer service representative.

Customer Service Representatives are able to supply notes on customer accounts and refund transactions using easy to understand interfaces.

Security is one of the most important features of the InvestWebCRM System. Not only do we maintain PCI Compliance for your peace of mind, but we also have incorporated internal security features to insure that only the right people in your organization can see your customer information and reports.
